On Saturday, we checked 4D Farms off of our fall bucket list! We got there right at the time they open, and had to wait in a pretty long line to pay admission, so definitely buy tickets online in advance.
4D had so many fun things for the kids to do. We spent about three hours on the farm and we still didn’t get to try everything. Kobe and Stetson loved the slides, the corn pit, and the tractor ride the most!
We stopped for lunch at the FarmHouse Cafe and ate a picnic lunch of Cheeseburgers and fries while we listened to their singing chickens. I was so amazing at how well the boys sat and watched the chickens sing!!
We walked around the petting zoo and saw all the animals, got a yummy churro at Colts Sweets and Treats, and caught a little bit of the pig races.
After the train ride the boys hung out in the corn pit playing with the corn, the construction trucks, and watching the other kids run around an play.
We ended our trip…after several rides down the slide…with an Apple Cider Slushee from MayBelles topped with whip cream and caramel drizzle! Of course, Kobe was a huge fan.
Before loading up the car, we stopped under the big tent and picked out the biggest, roundest pumpkins for carving. And I got a few smaller pumpkins that I plan to use for pictures with Kobe!
Quick tip and lesson we learned the hard way…don’t forget the stroller or wagon. Carrying around a 24 pound baby and a diaper bag for three or more hours can be tiring 🤣
