April has been busy, busy!! Micah and I both started back to work after our 6 week leave with Lettie, and I’ve had lots of pictures and he has had lots of overtime. I’m extra thankful for our village because we wouldn’t make it without them!

Kobe still love to hold and snuggle Lettie every morning! We finished up our first annual tulip farm with picnic in the tulips. Lettie started smiling intentionally and it’s the cutest thing ever. Everyone fights for her attention to try to get her to smile at them.

Town is always more fun with GraGra because she doesn’t know the word “no”. Lettie’s wake windows are getting longer and longer. But she still hates tummy time. And new Spider-Man PJs from meme and papa means you wear all your Spider-Man gear for two day straight.

More Lettie smiles! Meme and Papa spent a few days at the house playing with the kids so I could get some work done. Kobe loves playing with “Clinton”. Then we tagged along with Meme and Papa to their brothers and sisters lunch where Kobe got to play with Austyn.

Heather and I took the boys to Keramos for Toddler Time. They read a story, painted a ceramic craft, and had snacks. Then enjoyed some time at the playground. We our friends Easter egg hunt. Our April “family adventure” was to Disney on Ice, and that was a bust! Kobe kept asking when it would be over and when we got back to the car, I asked how he liked it and he said, “NOT GOOD!!” Lettie started laughing a little bit when you talk to her.

Kobe is absolutely feral and I love it! He wanted to wear his green rain boots to Lettie’s doctor appointment, so why not? He also got his first haircut at a barber shop, then met Austyn at the movie to watch King of Kings and get cookies.

Lettie meets Taytum, she loves to swing, and Libby goes to prom! Kobe was obsessed with the feel of the sequins on her dress.

We did all the Easter things. We dyed eggs with KK and YY, went to church, then to cookies house to eat!! Micah had to work, so he missed out on all the Easter festivities. Kobe hunted eggs and of course we have our annual cousin Easter picture!

New PJs from the Easter bunny, Lettie turns 2 months old, we had our second book club meeting, and more sweet Lettie smiles.

It’s the time of year for frog hunting again. Lettie LOVES bath time. We went to our first Sprockets Kid Club Party and Trash Pandas baseball game. And I broke out my camera for an early morning magnatiles photoshoot.
Kobe seems like he is getting so big in these last few months. And Lettie is getting more alert and growing so big and chunky. I’m so thankful that I get to stay home and soak in all these moments. I just have to constantly remind myself that the laundry, the mess, it can all wait! But my babies will never be this little again.
